Is there any way to prevent acne, besides taking medication or creams?
I mean, are there certain fabrics that increase skin? or are there certain foods that can be avoided, or foods that help prevent acne? I have tried many creams and medicines, but just do not seem to work on me
I use Noxema and works very well. Fat food like chocolate, burgers, fries, donuts, cookies, cakes and sweets to all cause acne. No fat or 5 Greasy causes of acne. UR avoid them acne disappears! BUT! You also have to wash your face so any excess oil clog pores or do u have custom acne! Simply wash your face at least 2 timesw day to keep healthy and avoid things as they are, not prevent acne. It just makes acneys less!
