I am looking for a healthy hormone free milk to clear my acne?
I spent the last year did not drink milk because my dermatologist told me hormones in milk caused me to severe acne. He was right, my face cleared fairly quickly once I stopped drinking milk, but now I'm taking so long milk, I started worrying about my calcium entry. Therefore, I would first like to drink milk, but is in good health / hormone-free I will not develop acne still severe. Suggestions?
Believe it or not studies have shown that the protein in the milk of leaching of calcium in the bones, and evidence that calcium milk absorbed by default.
