The treatment of severe acne?.
I use the acne wash Perricone and have turned red and started burning really bad. The lady at Sephora told me ?????? than normal skin that is irritated … What should I do? I guess theres no cure for acne. DONT SUGGEST something as PROACTIV!
it is what I can do to keep my skin clear. 1) Wash your face only once a day over 3 (preferably at night) 2) take a shower in the morning every day. 3) does not touch your face when you do not just wash their hands. 4) avoid sitting in direct sunlight whenever possible. 5) When you wash your face with warm water first to open the pores and gently wash with cold water to close pores. 6) that consumption of oil-free sunscreen 7) keep hair from her face, as far as possible 
Keep your hair in a ponytail at night 9) change your pillow every two days. 10) Avoid caffeine and drink a ton of water (which do) 11) eat tomatoes and spinach, make your face bright 12) to avoid pain. Hope it helps, following these rules actually made my skin shiny and spotless.
